Wisepark has constituted a water body in about 7 acres for rain water harvesting and recharging of ground water and will hold more than cubic meter of water when full during monsoon season. For assured water supply two overhead tanks of one Lakh litre and two lakhs litre capacity. Ground level tank of 4 lakh capacity with open and bore well of perennial source duly connected with PVC distribution water pipe lines are laid for effective ready water connection to the lessee. Wisepark is situated adjacent to 220Kv KESB substation to provide quality power lines rom substation are drawn in wisepark so as to get needed HT,LT power to the lessee.
