Western India Kinfra Limited is a Joint Venture Company (JVC) of Kerala Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (KINFRA) a Statutory Body of Government of Kerala and Kalpaka Infrastructure Private Limited for development of WISE PARK, a 200 acre Integrated Industrial Township in Kanjikode, Palakkad District. WISE PARK Palakkad is a self-contained industrial park and has all the facilities needed by any business. It is a Public Private enterprise with Government support and private initiative with efficiency.
Government of Kerala had constituted ‘ The Integrated Industrial Township Single Window Clearance Board – Palakkad ‘ with Principal Secretary (Industries) as Chairman, District Collector and District level officers of major departments of Palakkad as Members for exclusive purposes of making available time bound sanctions and approvals needed by the units set up in WISE PARK.
Major industries and other set up in WISE PARK are Varun Beverages Ltd, Prince TMT Steels Pvt Ltd, Inox Air Products, Zahi Tyres (India) Pvt Ltd, Vera Display and Storage Products Pvt Ltd, Jayon Implants Pvt Ltd, Palakkad Surgical Industries Pvt Ltd, Sunpower Cement Company, Steel Max Rolling Mills, Mannarkkad Steels Pvt Ltd, Central Warehousing Corporation etc.
